Our Leadership Structure

Four tiers of governance, from statutory oversight to the sectors that bring our mission to life.

Tier 1

Board of Directors (BOD)

A statutory Board of Directors made up of the CEO of Kikis Court (or a representative), the Founder of KCFC (or a representative), and at least one and at most three eminent personalities from each Sector of KCFC.

Tier 2

Executive Council (EC)

Handles the day-to-day strategic management across KCFC's various divisions. It comprises both appointed and elected members, with all Sector Presidents serving automatically as council members.

Tier 3

National Executive Committee (NEC)

Functions as the General Assembly for strategic planning. The NEC includes all Executive Council officers, all Sector Executives, and two nominated non-executive members from each sector during physical meetings.

Tier 4

Sector Executives

Bring the Vision, Mission, and Strategic Objectives of KCFC to life through the programs and activities of its sectors scattered all over Ghana and beyond. Sector members elect their own executives directly.

Governance

Rooted in our Constitution

Every tier of KCFC's leadership -- how it's formed, how it's elected, and how it's held accountable -- is defined in our Constitution, covering everything from membership and meetings to finances and removal from office.

Curious who leads which sector?

Sector executives are elected by their own members -- join a sector to find out more, or ask us directly.
